Growth in air pollution, diesel exhaust and noise reduction opportunities
prompts promotion of Universal Silencer's Mr. Hasz to lead industrial products
group.

Bill Hasz has been named Americas Markets Sales Manager - Industrial
Products.Mr. Hasz`s responsibilities will be to strengthen Universal Silencer`s
rep network and develop the industrial exhaust markets, including noise
reduction, diesel exhaust treatment and air pollution control.Randy Olson, VP
Americas Markets states, "After an analysis of how to maximize Universal
Silencer`s position and direction for the industrial markets including diesel
