Lawson Products Announces Dividend Increase

DES PLAINES, Ill.--(Business Wire)--
Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., (NASDAQ: LAWS) today declared a dividend of
$.06 per share on common shares, an increase of $.03 from the previous quarterly
dividend. The dividend is payable October 13, 2009 to stockholders of record
September 29, 2009.
