CHELMSFORD, Mass., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mercury Computer Systems,

applications, announced that it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders,
at 10:00 a.m. EDT on October 21, 2009, at its offices, 201 Riverneck Road,
Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Mercury Computer Systems' shareholders of record
as of the close of business on September 1, 2009 will be entitled to vote at
the meeting.
