Indonesia's Timah, Koba Tin operations said normal

JAKARTA Aug 28 (Reuters) - Mining and smelting operations at PT Timah Tbk (TINS.JK) and PT Koba Tin, which account for 60 percent of Indonesia's refined tin output are unaffected despite a police crackdown on the Bangka-Belitung islands, the country's main source of tin, officials of the companies said on Friday.
