Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Expands Participation in Premier`s LaborConnect Program Through Concerro Shift Management System

Healthcare System Will Deploy Online Staff Scheduling and Shift Management System to Improve Employee Satisfaction and Better Manage Labor Costs CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(Business Wire)-- Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS) in Spartanburg, S.C., is expanding its participation in the Premier healthcare alliance LaborConnect program. SRHSwill deploy Concerro`s new shift management system, a component of Premier`s LaborConnect program, to track and streamline staff scheduling practices, reduce premium pay in the form of overtime and shift auction, and improve employee satisfaction. More than 500 hospitals have chosen to participate in various components of Premier`s LaborConnect program, which includes benchmarking, productivity, management engineering, senior consulting and shift management applications and services.
