2009 National Long Term Care Symposium: Monday, September 14 on Capitol Hill

On September 14, Genworth Financial will present the fourth annual National
Long Term Care Symposium. Healthcare reform continues to lead debate in
Washington and across the nation. As these discussions occur, the issue of
long term care is also receiving much-needed attention. This two-panel forum
will discuss challenges family and paid caregivers face and how various policy
proposals under consideration in Congress fulfill the needs of millions of
Americans.
Several members from the Congressional Long Term Care Caucus and more than 100
long term care stakeholders and professionals, congressional staffers, family
and paid caregivers, industry leaders and advocates will convene on Capitol
Hill for the National Long Term Care Symposium during a wide-ranging
discussion about the intersection of healthcare reform and long term care.
