Innovative arrangement combines leading Hispanic companies in an integrated,
multimedia marketing campaign for highly anticipated boxing match. Campaign is
focused exclusively on a robust boxing microsite containing sweepstakes, blogs,
videos, profiles, updated news, polls, texting and SMS modules.
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
ImpreMedia, the nation`s No.1 Spanish-language online and print news publisher,
Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions have partnered to develop an
unprecedented multimedia program for the welterweight fight between Floyd
Mayweather and Juan Manuel Marquez entitled MAYWEATHER vs., MARQUEZ: "Number
One/Número Uno," (www.numberonenumerouno.com) and scheduled to take place
Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and broadcast live on
HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at 9pm ET/6pm PT.

ImpreMedia has created a destination microsite (http://boxeo.impre.com) that
will provide fight coverage and engage its online boxing enthusiasts through
compelling digital offerings including: intimate boxer profiles, updated fight,
boxer and event news and a sweepstakes event that provides a pair of tickets to
the fight in Las Vegas, roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, access to the
weigh-in and press conference.

Additionally, the microsite will offer a countdown clock, photo gallery, a link
to a blog written by award-winning impre.com sports editor Rafael Ramos
Villagrana, polling opportunities for users to vote on who they think will win
the fight as well as texting and a SMS sign up module for phone alerts.

SMS alerts will also be sent to users with a message pertaining to the fight.

"Hispanics are avid users of digital media, particularly for mobile usage and
are large consumers of boxing content - be it online, on TV, in movie theatres
and via mobile. We recognize their enthusiasm, as does Mayweather Promotions and
Golden Boy Promotions, and have created a comprehensive microsite with extensive
elements that will entertain and provide all the relevant news and information
about the Mayweather-Marquez bout across platform," said Arturo Duran, CEO of
impreMedia Digital.

Mayweather, a superstar fighter who is undefeated in his professional boxing
career (39-0, 25 KOs) is coming out of a 19-month retirement to fight Marquez
(50-4-1, 37 KOs). The September 19 date was selected in conjunction with Mexican
Independence Day, traditionally a big boxing weekend for the Hispanic community.

"ImpreMedia has unparalleled editorial integrity and exceptional digital assets
to really engage the Hispanic boxing community and help us promote the fight, as
they have done for us so successfully in the past," said Richard Schaefer, CEO
of Golden Boy Promotions. "We have collaborated on a multifaceted platform that
will offer a rich experience for the boxing audience while stimulating demand
for this bout."

"This innovative, turnkey marketing campaign demonstrates how impreMedia`s
communication capabilities extend far beyond print. Our digital platform can
provide users with impactful news and information about subjects that matter
most to them and helps marketers reach that audience with unique content that
engages them with their brand," said Arturo Duran.

Mayweather vs. Marquez: "Number One/Numero Uno," is promoted by Mayweather
Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions in association with Marquez Boxing
Promotions and is sponsored by Cerveza Tecate, AT&T, Quaker State, Dewalt Tools,
Affliction Clothing and Southwest Airlines. The 12-round bout will take place
Saturday, Sept. 19 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nev. and will be produced and
distributed live on HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
