Flexcushion (R) at a major health & fitness conference, "Inner IDEA 2009",
which will be held from September 10 to 13 at La Quinta Resort & Club, Palm
Springs, CA.

Flexcushion (R) is a big hit in Japan, more than 20,000 pieces sold since its
launch in 2007. Regardless of level of flexibility, Flexcushion (R) helps to
execute exercises such as stretch, yoga, and mat Pilates properly and more
effectively by helping to maintain a neutral pelvis while seated. The magic
cushion is widely used by national chain health clubs in Japan and by top
athletes including 5 professional baseball teams and several national teams.

At the Inner IDEA Conference, "Mat Pilates with Flexcushion" will be
demonstrated by Katherine & Kimberly Corp, co-owners of Pilates on Fifth, the
largest Pilates studio in New York City. The twin sisters founded Pilates
Academy International, a Pilates certification program that has certified more
than 400 teachers to date. The Corp sisters have been using Flexcushion (R)
since 2007.

"Yoga with Flexcushion" will be demonstrated by Laura D. Sachs, a famous yoga
instructor in San Francisco and the creator of E-motion(R). Flexcushion (R)
was invented by Nao Sakata, MBA. When he was a member of the sumo team at
Rikkyo University in Japan, he had difficulty with sumo's "matawari" (splits)
training, which was essential for sumo. Later, he found it easier to stretch
the adductor, hamstring, and muscles around the hip joint when he sat on the
circular straw edge (2 inches high) of "dohyo" (sumo ring), which is now the
front height of Flexcushion (R).

SANTEPLUS plans to exhibit the product during the conference, and plans to
launch a certification program in 2010.
