9/11 Anniversary to Be Observed at Nixon Library

Free event to feature guest speakers and local performers

YORBA LINDA, Calif., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A special remembrance
on the eighth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks will be held at 10:30 a.m. on
Friday, September 11 in the White House East Room at the Richard Nixon
Presidential Library.

The public is invited to join in commemorate of 9/11 with remarks by three
inspiring speakers: one-time chief of Homeland Security for the county of Los
Angeles and now Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens; public affairs
commentator and historian Bruce Herschensohn; and Army Intelligence Officer
Captain Jason Meszaros, whose new book, Interrogation of Morals, reveals the
untold story of military intelligence gathering and interrogation in the war
on terror. Captain Meszaros will sign copies of his book immediately after the
program.

There will be musical presentations by the Villa Park High School Concert Band
and a mass choir featuring the Orange High School Concert Choir and Chamber
Singers, and the Orange Community Master Chorale.

The Remembering 9/11 program in the White House East Room will also feature a
Military Honor Guard presenting the colors.

The event is presented free of charge, but admission is required to tour the
galleries.

The 9/11 event is presented by the Nixon Foundation at the Richard Nixon
Presidential Library, 18001 Yorba Linda Blvd., Yorba Linda. For more
