Mexico's Calderon submits budget, tax proposals

MEXICO CITY, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Mexican President Felipe Calderon on Tuesday gave lawmakers proposals to change tax laws along with his plan for the 2010 federal budget.

Finance Minister Agustin Carstens handed the president's proposal to lawmakers in the lower house of Congress. (Reporting by Noel Randewich and Miguel Angel Gutierrez)
