Petrobras restarts Tupi oil field test production

RIO DE JANEIRO, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras (PETR4.SA)(PBR.N) said on Tuesday it has restarted test production at the Tupi oil field after an equipment problem forced it to halt operations in early July.
