Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy Announces Fellows for
2009-2010 Academic Year




Research Center Expands Program to Incorporate New Policy Expertise

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Georgetown Center for
Business and Public Policy (GCBPP) today announced its Senior Fellows for the
2009-2010 academic year. New members include Senior Policy Fellows Robert Hahn
and Jodi Short, as well as Senior Industry and Innovation Fellow Carolyn
Brandon. They bring their expertise in issue areas spanning
telecommunications, technology and innovation policy, Internet policy,
industrial organization, regulation and deregulation, law and economics, and
antitrust.

At the core of GCBPP is an active group of Fellows whose research interests
center on vital economic issues facing the global economy, competition and
innovation. Over the academic year, the Fellows develop seminars and programs,
craft Economic Policy Vignettes, and participate in a variety of activities.
The Fellows are a key element to the Center's mission of engaging leading
scholars, business people and policymakers in meaningful dialog regarding
issues that lie at the nexus of business and public policy.
