ABRISA Appoints Jim Veler as President/CEO

SANTA PAULA, Calif., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Abrisa, Inc., a global leader in
industrial glass fabrication products and precision thin film optical
coatings, recently named industry veteran Jim Veler as President and Chief
Executive Officer. The appointment became effective June 1, 2009.

Prior to joining Abrisa, Mr. Veler was Vice President and General Manager of
Agilent Technologies' Wireless Manufacturing Organization (Santa Rosa, CA).
His duties included the management of 1600 employees and full responsibility
for the manufacturing operations of two semiconductor fabs as well as
Agilents' Aerospace Defense Systems' business.
