NEW YORK, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Appropriately taking place at Food Network
headquarters, Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival founder and
director Lee Schrager is pleased to announce the return of Chelsea Market
After Dark, presented by Food Network, hosted by Guy Fieri and Sandra Lee.
Taking place this Columbus Day weekend, all of the proceeds from the Festival
will again benefit the hunger-relief organizations Food Bank For New York City
and Share Our Strength(R).

"Chelsea Market is Food Network's home, and we are excited to have our viewers
and fans experience it all with Chelsea Market After Dark," said Brooke
Johnson, President, Food Network. "With this event, the second year of the
Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival will be off and running - another
fabulous weekend of food, wine and fun."

"We couldn't be happier to be in the home of our title sponsor Food Network to
kick-off the weekend," says Schrager. "If you like to visit Chelsea Market
during its regular hours, join us when it really heats up for Chelsea Market
After Dark."

Chelsea Market's history dates back to the 1890s, and today it has become a
key part of the Meatpacking District, serving as home to some of New York
City's finest food purveyors and restaurants. Chelsea Market After Dark is
the perfect backdrop for an evening feasting on small plates and plenty of
wines from Georges Duboeuf. Join Food Network's off-the-hook personality Guy
Fieri (Diners, Drive-ins and Dives) as he hosts the Knucklehead Bar serving up
specialty cocktails with flair bartenders, plus live music and signature
dishes. Also joining in on the fun is witty and sophisticated Sandra Lee
(Sandra's Money Saving Meals), who is no stranger to hosting the perfect party
- here it includes a DJ, custom dance floor and specialty cocktails from the
Sidney Frank Importing Company portfolio. Also stop by the Food Network
lounge featuring a sneak preview opportunity to play their 'Food Network: Cook
or Be Cooked' game for the Wii, debuting this fall. With some of the city's
finest eateries, caterers, food purveyors and wineries offering their best,
going to the market has never been more exhilarating.
