Pentagon eyes $7.8 bln missile sale to Turkey

WASHINGTON, Sept 11 (Reuters) - The Obama administration has told Congress of a possible sale to Turkey of advanced Patriot PAC-3 antimissile systems valued at up to $7.8 billion.

The primary contractors would be Raytheon Co (RTN.N) and Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT.N), the Pentagon's Defense Security Cooperation Agency said in a notice made public Friday.
