MOGADISHU, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Somali residents said a helicopter raid on Monday by suspected foreign commandos looked to have killed one of the region's most wanted militants.

Kenya-born Saleh Ali Saleh Nabhan, 28, was wanted over a 2002 hotel bombing and simultaneous, but botched, missile attack on Israeli airliner leaving Kenya's Mombasa airport.
