BURBANK, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Comcast International Media Group (CIMG) has signed a deal with Computer
Applications Development, Inc. (CAD), a leading developer of software solutions
for media companies, providing the new rights management system MediaRights to
the company`s sales and business operations teams.

"We feel incredibly honored to work with such a dynamic and successful company
like Comcast International Media Group," said CAD co-founder Roland Serebrakian.
"We felt certain that with our new MediaRights it would enable CIMG to
effectively navigate their vast content library, while successfully managing
their sales process."

MediaRights is a web-based, modular designed system that manages the entire
sales process from beginning to end. It allows distributors, producers and
licensors to create rights, run availabilities, generate and manage sales
orders, set payment terms, define contract terms, service materials, generate
catalogs and view accounting reports. CAD won this contract after a competitive
RFP process, and has finalized phase one of implementation of the new system.

"Our international sales activity has expanded exponentially in recent years,"
said CIMG`s Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Cheryl L. McDermott.
"MediaRights` comprehensive and flexible system is the ideal solution for our
needs, empowering our group to fully manage and track programming and
international program licenses for the E! Entertainment Television, The Style
Network, G4, Versus, and Golf Channel libraries in an efficient and
cost-effective manner."

Roll out of MediaRights` latest version, 10.0, is set for October 2009, prior to
MIPCOM. MediaRights representatives will be in the i-Zone, G3.20A, Level 3.
