WESTFORD, MA, Sep 16 (MARKET WIRE) --
Aeturnum, Inc., a provider of enterprise software development services and
solutions, today announced a new OEM agreement with WaveMaker Software,
provider of the first Open Platform as a Service. Under the agreement,
Aeturnum will integrate WaveMaker's web and cloud development platform
into the next release of its Athiva application development platform to
provide users with an even easier way to build web and cloud applications
without complex coding. The combination will enable users to further
streamline software development timeframes and reduce cost of ownership.
The companies will also collaborate on sales and marketing.

Athiva is an open development platform designed for both internal
development organizations and software product companies. It incorporates
a set of ready-to-use and highly customizable business application
services commonly used in enterprise software products including
Enterprise Payment, Enterprise Search, Business Intelligence, Access &
Identity Management, Content & Document Management, e-Commerce, Hierarchy
Management and Business Process Management. These modules deliver the
foundation for building and integrating both B2B and B2C software
applications and can shorten the development lifecycle of any enterprise
application or product by as much as 50% or more.

WaveMaker is the first software company to offer an Open Platform as a
Service solution for developing web and cloud applications with built in,
self-service customization. The WaveMaker platform combines a secure,
multi-tenant server framework with a web-based, self-service studio,
enabling end-users to customize web and cloud apps without coding.

The WaveMaker platform is backed by a 10,000 strong developer community
and provides a robust, standards-based platform for developing
applications that can run either in the cloud or in the enterprise.
Customers include KANA, Amdocs and IBM. WaveMaker has also partnered with
IBM and RightScale as part of IBM's Cloud Quickstart Program for ISVs.

"By incorporating WaveMaker into its Athiva Platform, Aeturnum is changing
the rules for developing web and cloud applications," said Christopher
Keene, CEO of WaveMaker. "High costs and complexity no longer have to be
part of the equation. Together, WaveMaker and Aeturnum are dropping the
time and costs to develop and deploy enterprise-class web applications."

"Our ISV and enterprise customers want speed and choice," said Rajat
Bhakhri, president and CEO at Aeturnum. "WaveMaker is the only web and
cloud development platform that is based on open standards. It gives our
customers tremendous flexibility in how and where to deploy their
applications."
