Seoul shares extend gains, up 2 pct on exporters

SEOUL, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Seoul shares extended gains to over 2 percent on Wednesday fueled by key exporters including Samsung Electronics (005930.KS), while financials such as KB Financial Group (105560.KS) added further support.

As of 0315 GMT, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) was up 2.08 percent at 1,687.72 points. (Reporting by Jungyoun Park; Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
