CORRECTED-RTRS-Voto-Votorantim Overseas sells $1 bln notes-IFR

NEW YORK, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Voto-Votorantim Overseas Trading Operations V Limited on Friday sold $1 billion of 10-year senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The 6.625 percent notes were priced at 99.102 to yield 6.750 percent, or 332 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, according to IFR.

Citigroup, HSBC, Itau, and Santander are the joint lead bookrunners on the sale. (Reporting by Camille Drummond; Editing by Dan Grebler )
