HP up, Dells slips after Credit Suisse note

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Hewlett-Packard Co (HPQ.N) shares rose 2.1 percent to $47.30 in premarket trade on Tuesday after Credit Suisse upgraded the No. 1 PC maker to "outperform" while Dell Inc (DELL.O) shares slipped 0.6 percent to $15.91 after the firm cut its rating to "neutral."
