BRIEF-Eni on Gazprom buy of SeverEnergia stake
MILAN, Sept 23 |
MILAN, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Italian oil and gas group Eni (ENI.MI) said in a statement on Wednesday:
* Gazprom (GAZP.MM) completes acquisition from Eni and Enel (ENEI.MI) of 51 pct of Severenergia for $1.6 bln
* Eni to receive $940 mln euros, Enel $626.5 mln
* Gazprom already paid $384 mln, to pay second tranche by March 2010
