New Issue-Potash Corp sells $1.0 bln in two parts

 Sept 23 (Reuters) - Potash Corp of Saskatchewan Inc
(POT.TO) on Wednesday sold $1.0 billion of notes in a two part
debt sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Bank of America, HSBC, and RBC were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
