Microsoft: no plans to buy Electronic Arts

CHIBA, Japan, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) has no plans to acquire Electronic Arts ERTS.O, Phil Spencer, corporate vice president of Microsoft Game Studios, said on Thursday.
