Sept 24 (Reuters) - Building-maintenance firm Rok Plc ROK.L said it received a contract worth up to 40 million pounds ($65.40 million) from insurance firm Liverpool Victoria to provide building-repair services.

The contract amount is for over the next three years, the company said in a statement.

Rok is one of three companies selected by Liverpool Victoria to offer an improved claims-validation and repairs service to customers with buildings insurance, it said.
