Brazil builder Cyrela sells 23.1 pct stake in Agra

SAO PAULO, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Brazilian builder Cyrela (CYRE3.SA) announced in a regulatory filing on Friday the sale of its 23.1 percent stake in Agra Empreendimentos Imobiliarios AGIN3.SA, a Brazil-based holding company engaged in the real estate and construction sectors, for 304.5 million reais ($169.3 million).
