Indian shares briefly turn positive

BANGALORE, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Indian shares briefly turned positive on Friday, unwinding early losses of nearly 1 percent on concerns about a withdrawal of stimulus measures by central banks around the world.

At 10:50 a.m. (0520 GMT), the 30-share BSE index .BSESN had fallen again to be down 0.16 percent at 16,754.05 points, after having been up as much as 0.04 percent.

The benchmark index had fallen as much as 0.97 percent in the opening deals. (Reporting by Sumeet Chatterjee; Editing by John Mair)
