NEW YORK (Billboard) - The Black Eyes Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" reigned for a 13th week on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursday, besting the 12-week stay at the summit of "Boom Boom Pow," the hip-hop band's previous single that directly preceded its follow-up at No. 1.

Jay-Z logged two tracks in the top five: "Run This Town," with Rihanna and Kanye West, rose two places to No. 2; and "Empire State of Mind," Jay-Z's duet with Alicia Keys, vaulted 45 places to No. 5. The pair performed the song at the end of the MTV Video Music Awards on September 13.

After becoming the first country artist to win a Moonman statuette at the awards show, Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me" rose two places to No. 4.

Elsewhere in the top 10, Jay Sean's "Down" dipped one to No. 3, Miley Cyrus' "Party in the U.S.A." fell three to No. 6 and Lady Gaga, best new artist winner at the MTV awards, soared 11 places to No. 7 with "Paparazzi."

"Forever," by Drake featuring Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Eminem, launched at No. 8. The superstar track previews the upcoming LeBron James documentary, "More Than a Game." Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody" fell four to No. 9, and Jason DeRulo's "Whatcha Say" fell three to No. 10.
