China's Siochem agrees to buy Nufarm for $2.5bln

SYDNEY, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Chinese state-owned firm Sinochem has agreed to buy Austrailan farm chemicals group Nufarm Ltd (NUF.AX) for A$2.8 billion ($2.5 billion), Nufarm said in a statement on Monday. The deal is subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
