US consumer confidence unchanged in latest week - ABC
NEW YORK, Sept 29 (Reuters) - ABC News said on Tuesday that its weekly gauge of U.S. consumer confidence held at last week's level, remaining in negative territory.
The Consumer Comfort Index was at -46 in the week ended Sept. 27, unchanged from the previous week's reading, according to the report.
The index first hit its all-time low of -54 in the week to Dec. 1, 2008, and again in the week to Jan. 25, 2009.
