Bank of America shares up on Lewis retirement

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Bank of America rose 1.4 percent after the closing bell on Wednesday after it announced the retirement of Chief Executive Ken Lewis.

Shares were up at $17.16 after closing on the New York Stock Exchange at $16.92.
