Heineken plans 7-yr bond up to 400 mln euros -IFR

LONDON Oct 1 (Reuters) - Dutch brewer Heineken (HEIN.AS) plans to issue a seven-year bond with a maximum size of 400 million euros ($583 million), IFR reported on Thursday.

Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Barclays, ING and Fortis have been named to manage the deal, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

The world's third-largest brewer has no credit rating. (Editing by Dan Lalor) ($1 = 0.6863 euro)
