NBC closing in on "Midnighters"
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - A new breed of crimefighters is coming to NBC.
The network is close to a committing to a script for "Midnighters," a drama based on Alloy Entertainment's book series. It follows a group of people born at the stroke of midnight who have access to the 25th hour of each day, which they use to stop crime. Chad Hodge will write the script.
Four years ago, a "Midnighters" drama was in development at WB Network with another writer.
