Heidrick & Struggles to Release 2009 Third Quarter Results On Tuesday, October

CHICAGO, Oct. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heidrick & Struggles International,
Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the world's premier executive search and leadership
consulting firm, today announced that it will release its 2009 third quarter
results for the period ended September 30, 2009, on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.

A news release will be issued prior to the NASDAQ Market opening on October 27,
2009 followed by a conference call at 10:00 am ET, 9:00 am CT. The call will
last approximately one hour and will include remarks by the company's senior
management and a question and answer session. The conference call and
accompanying slides will be publicly available via live webcast from the
