SoBran`s Expanding Portfolio Drives Corporate Reorganization

FAIRFAX, Va.--(Business Wire)--

announces the reorganization of its Biomedical Services Division.

Beginning October 1, 2009, SoBran`s Biomedical Services Division will divide
into a Government Operations Division and an Academic & Commercial Operations
Division within a newly formed Biomedical Services Group. Gregory Kelly, PhD,
currently vice president responsible for the Biomedical Services Division, will
lead the Biomedical Services Group. Bradley Fisher has been named a Division
Director and will be responsible for the Government Operations Division.
