Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp announced that James E. Schwartz has joined its New
York office as a Partner. 

A commercial litigator whose practice emphasizes real estate matters, Mr.
Schwartz has particular experience representing both brokers and
landlords/owners in litigation involving real estate brokerage and lease
disputes. He appears regularly before the NY Supreme Court, the NY Civil Court,
the U.S. District Courts and appellate courts.
