SAN RAMON, Calif., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- eQuest today announced a partnership
with LinkedIn that will allow joint eQuest and LinkedIn corporate customers to
deliver their job postings to LinkedIn with no additional distribution fees.
This will be the first integration between the global market leader in job
posting delivery management and the largest global professional network. The
companies will work together to provide customers easy job posting access
through eQuest's job posting interface.

"Our customers' metrics clearly show a huge upswing in job postings to
LinkedIn and, as a result, increased hiring success," said John Malone,
President and CEO of eQuest. "Connecting with LinkedIn Jobs demonstrates our
commitment to bring our customers unique access to leading edge technologies
and solutions essential to maximizing recruiting effectiveness."

"Customers of our Talent Advantage recruitment solutions have been asking for
easier ways to post jobs into our powerful network of professionals," said
Mike Gamson, Vice President of LinkedIn Corporate Solutions. "Today's
announcement represents a significant step forward in addressing that need."

LinkedIn and eQuest will release a series of integrated solutions in the
coming months. Already available are tools within the eQuest environment to
manage LinkedIn's job slot posting packages, right from one's Applicant
Tracking System. Coming up shortly is the integration into eQuest Advantage,
which enables users to purchase LinkedIn job posts via credit card from within
eQuest. Future plans call for more tightly integrated features to be added
into eQuest's soon to be announced WorldProductSeries(TM).

LinkedIn and eQuest will offer a free webcast on October 13th at 1pm EST (10am
PST), 2009, to go over the details of this partnership.
