Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group L.P. to Lead New Credit Facility
PROVO, Utah--(Business Wire)--

announced that it has completed a $440 million credit facility agreement with a
group of lenders led by Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group.

The credit facility will be used to help fuel the growth of the company for the
next few years. APX currently services over 375,000 customers through North
America which is over a 30 percent increase from 2008.
