REG-U3O8 Holdings Plc: Correction : Issue of Equity

The following replaces the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released
today at 2:22pm. The second paragraph should read "The new ordinary shares rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares" instead of "The new ordinary
shares, issued at 1p, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares" as
previously stated. Full amended text appears below. All other information

U3O8 Holdings plc - Issue of Equity

5 October 2009

U3O8 Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that the Company has placed
1,840,523 ordinary shares at 3.2p, raising a gross amount of £58,896.74, for
general working capital purposes.

The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

As a result, the total issued share capital is now 68,000,845 ordinary shares,
of which the directors are interested in a total of 12,346,644 shares,
representing 18.15% of the issued share capital.

The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
