Fitch Ratings withdraws the following ratings on Irvine Ranch Water District
Joint Power Agency, California:

--$286.1 million in outstanding taxable refunding bonds, series 1 rated 'AAA';

--$394.2 million in outstanding taxable refunding bonds, series 2 rated 'AAA'.

The bonds were previously rated by Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company, which
was acquired by Fitch Ratings subsequent to the assignment of the ratings.
