Honigman possesses more than 50 years automotive industry experience, and
Faegre & Benson 40 years collective experience representing businesses in

DETROIT, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Detroit-based Honigman Miller Schwartz and
Cohn LLP (Honigman) and Minneapolis-based Faegre & Benson LLP have formed an
International Automotive Legal Team spanning the U.S., China and the U.K.  The
collaboration is an outgrowth of the China-related work the firms have been
doing together and reflects their focus on assisting automotive companies with
strategic cross-border transactions involving these three critically important
jurisdictions.
