TechTeam Government Solutions Announces Two Senior Leadership Appointments

CHANTILLY, Va., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Government
Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:
TEAM), announced today that it has appointed Gary Mears as senior vice
president of the Vector Research Center for Enterprise Performance and Bill
James as vice president of business development. Mears succeeds W. Deane
Stanley III, who is retiring from his position as senior vice president of the
Vector Research Center after more than 11 years with the organization.

Mears has more than 20 years of experience supporting government and
commercial customers with information technology and consulting services,
including five years with NewVectors (now the Vector Research Center) in a
variety of leadership positions. Mears has served as vice president of
business development for TechTeam Government Solutions since 2007, when
NewVectors was acquired by TechTeam. In his new role, Mears will oversee the
operational performance of the Vector Research Center, which specializes in
modeling and simulation, logistics modernization, business transformation, and
acquisition and program management for the federal government and commercial
clients.
James comes to TechTeam from a variety of executive level positions in both
the public and private sectors. He is a former member of the Government Senior
Executive Service and served as the Director of Architecture for the U.S. Air
Force. While in that position, he won a Federal 100 award for his "Everything
on the Net" vision to Web-enable Air Force systems.
Prior to that, James worked at DISA, the National Geopositional-Intelligence
Agency and the U.S. Transportation Command, where he was the Technical
Director of the J6. Since 1997, he has served as a business development
executive for private sector organizations including Northrop Grumman,
Computer Sciences Corporation, SI International and MTC Technologies. As vice
president of business development for TechTeam, he will be responsible for all
facets of business development, including new business, sales operations and
marketing.
