The forecast will include an historical overview of the housing market; a synopsis of the current financial situation and its impact on the
housing market; and a preview of what consumers and the real estate industry can expect for California`s housing market in 2010.

BACKGROUND: CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2009 is the state's largest real estate trade show, running Oct. 7 to 8 at
