AXQP to Resume Trading on the NEX Board, Change Name, and Continue From Alberta to British Columbia

  VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 05 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
AXQP Inc. ("AXQP" or "the Company") (NEX: PIV.H) announces that it has
applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to have its shares resume trading on
the NEX Board, to change its name to Canamex Silver Corp., and
concurrently with the name change, to continue from the Province of
Alberta to the Province of British Columbia.

    The name change and continuance will be effected on the same day, and a
Name Change Certificate and Notice of Articles will be filed on SEDAR
upon completion of the name change and continuance.

    The Company will issue a further News Release once these transactions
have been accepted by the Exchange and an effective date has been set.
