XTO Energy Announces Third Quarter 2009 Earnings Release Date and Conference

FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- XTO Energy Inc. (NYSE:
XTO) has scheduled its third quarter 2009 earnings release for the morning of
Wednesday, November 4th.  In conjunction, the Company will conduct a
conference call at 11:00 a.m. Central (12:00 p.m. Eastern) to discuss its
financial and operating results.  The conference call broadcast, via live
