As at close of business on 30 September 2009, the unaudited Net Asset Value
(NAV) for 

Keydata AIM VCT plc was as follows: 

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p - 63.98 pence. 

17,147 ordinary shares were bought back for cancellation during the month at a
cost of £13,538. As at 30 September 2009, there were 26,733,966 ordinary shares
of 1p in issue.
