DRC Awarded Additional Air Force Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Work Valued At $1.6 Million

ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dynamics Research Corporation
(Nasdaq:DRCO), a leading provider of innovative management consulting,
engineering, and technology solutions to federal and state governments, today
announced that it has been awarded a new delivery order under the Logistics
Maintenance and Supply Support Services (LMSS) contract with a value of $1.6
million dollars for a one year period of performance.

The effort provides the 703rd Aeronautical Systems Group (AESG) Predator/Reaper
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Program Office, with multifunctional capabilities
including test and evaluation engineering, foreign military sales engineering,
logistics, program management and analytical services. Including this delivery
order the Company now derives approximately $4.4 million in annual revenues from
solutions and services provided to the national priority Predator/Reaper
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Program Office.
