Procera Networks Inc. (NYSE Amex: PKT), a developer of Evolved Deep

chief executive officer, will be presenting at the America's Growth
Capital 6th Annual East Coast Emerging Growth Conference.
The presentation will take place on Wednesday, October 7th at 1:10 p.m. ET
(10:10 a.m. PT) at the Westin Copley Place Hotel in Boston, MA. A copy of
