Snell & Wilmer Adds Former United States Attorney as Partner

Gregory A. Brower Joins Las Vegas Office

Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Gregory A. Brower, former
United States Attorney for the District of Nevada, will join the firm as a
partner on October 12, 2009. Brower recently stepped down after nearly two years
as Nevada`s U.S. Attorney. He was nominated by President George W. Bush and was
unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate in December of 2007. He continued to
serve under President Barack Obama until last month. Brower will be based out of
the firm`s Las Vegas office.

Brower`s practice will focus on complex civil litigation, as well as federal and
state criminal investigations and regulatory enforcement actions, corporate
compliance matters, internal investigations, and administrative law issues.

In his role as Nevada`s chief federal law enforcement officer, Brower supervised
all federal criminal investigations and prosecutions, as well as all civil
litigation involving the federal government. During his tenure as U.S. Attorney,
his office successfully prosecuted numerous noteworthy cases. He also chaired
the local Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council and played a key role in the creation
of the Southern Nevada Mortgage Fraud Task Force.

Brower received a bachelor`s degree in economics from the University of
California, Berkeley in 1986, and his J.D. from The George Washington University
