A.M. Best Assigns Ratings to Investors Trust Assurance SPC

Ratings reflect A.M. Best`s opinionthat Investors Trust is well capitalized

Investors Trust Assurance SPC ("Investors Trust") today announced that A.M. Best
Co. has assigned it a financial strength rating of B++ (Good) and issuer credit
rating of "bbb+" with the assigned outlook being stable.

A.M. Best`s ratings of Investors Trust consider the company`s profitable
operations and the rating agency`s opinion that Investors Trust is well
capitalized relative to its net liabilities. The ratings acknowledge Investors
Trust`s growing network of independent financial advisors in Latin America and
Asia Pacific, its seven-year operating history since inception, management`s
prior history of relevant investment and insurance marketing experience, and
A.M. Best`s opinion that the company`s business plan to steadily grow contract
placements is reasonable.
